Price of building material such as lumber and other may fluctuate throughout the year depending on different factors but they will stay constant when the contracts are signed and wont be changing during the process of building the house.

What kind of financing is required?

There are different options to get financing to build your new house depending on clients needs which can be consulted before starting construction.

What if our lot requires well and septic?

If your new house is in area where there is no municipal water and sewage, we will need to build new well and septic.
